What can Fixie help with?
Everyday problems with computers, phones, printers, wifi, email, accounts and apps. You describe it in plain words and Fixie walks you through the fix one step at a time.
What if Fixie can't fix it?
The same ticket moves on to a remote support agent, a person who sees what you already tried, so you never start over. If it needs hands, on-site technician visits are coming soon to your area.
Will the agent or technician see my phone number or email?
No. Chat, calls and email all go through iFixediT, and we do not show your personal phone number or email to the person helping you.
Is it free to start?
Yes. The Community plan is free, includes 10 AI chats a month, and needs no credit card. On-site visits are coming soon. They will start at $99, with the price shown before you pay.
Where is it available?
