How does the shared credit pool work?

Everyone on the plan draws from one monthly balance of credits. A new case with an agent uses 1 credit.

How many people can use a plan?

Business has 3 seats and Business Pro has 5. Everyone on the plan gets Fixie and live help.

What do the included visits cover?

Business includes 2 on-site visits a year and Business Pro includes 4. On-site visits are coming soon to your area. They open once enough people near you sign up, and the included visits start then. Remote support is available now.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are month to month. Cancel from Billing on the web or in the app. If you subscribed in the iPhone or Android app, cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, where Apple or Google also handles refunds. You keep the plan until the period you paid for ends. Yearly: 2 months free.
