What counts as an AI chat
One AI chat is one problem, start to finish, from your first message to Fixie until it's resolved or handed off. Follow-up questions on the same issue don't count twice.
How priority sessions pool
Paid plans include priority live sessions that pool across every seat on the account, so a team of 3 shares one pool instead of splitting it person by person. The standard live queue stays free and unlimited either way.
How on-site dispatch is billed
On-site visits are billed per visit, starting at $99, with the price shown before you confirm. Business and Business Pro plans include a set number of visits per year; anything beyond that is billed the same way.

How does billing and cancellation work?+
Every paid plan is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime, no notice period. Prefer to pay yearly? annual billing: 2 months free.
What happens when I use all my AI chats for the month?+
You can buy more chats or upgrade to a higher plan. Either way, the standard live-expert queue stays free, so you're never locked out of help.
Do unused priority sessions or on-site visits roll over?+
No. Priority session and on-site visit pools reset at the start of each billing period, so plan for what you'll actually use rather than banking it.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want and we prorate the difference, so you only pay for what you used on each plan.
Is there a contract?+
No. Every plan, including Business and Business Pro, is month to month with no long-term commitment. That's the whole point versus a traditional MSP contract.
