    One AI chat is one conversation with Fixie. Every plan includes Fixie.

  • What a credit is

    A new case with an agent uses 1 credit. On Business and Business Pro the team shares one monthly credit pool.

  • What a covered computer is

    Every paid plan covers computers: Community covers no computers. Solo & Remote covers 1, Business covers 3 and Business Pro covers 5. Covered means device monitoring and management, security software with health checks, Fixie diagnosis and approved fixes, Autopilot, unattended help windows and the desktop app. The desktop app is available for Mac. Windows is coming soon. Windows and Mac computers only. Fixes run on Windows computers today. On a Mac, Fixie walks you through the steps.

  • How priority sessions work

    Priority live sessions put you ahead in the line for a person. On Business and Business Pro they are shared by everyone on the plan.

Pricing questions

How does billing and cancellation work?

Paid plans are billed monthly. Cancel from Billing on the web or in the app. If you subscribed in the iPhone or Android app, cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, where Apple or Google also handles refunds. You keep the plan until the period you paid for ends. Yearly: 2 months free.

What do yearly plans cost?

Solo & Remote is $649.99 a year, Business is $1,699.90 a year, Business Pro is $2,799.90 a year. Yearly: 2 months free.

Are computers included in the price?

Yes. Community covers no computers. Solo & Remote covers 1, Business covers 3 and Business Pro covers 5. Need more computers than your plan covers? Extra computers are $24.99 per computer per month. They are added on ifixedit.io, not in the App Store or Google Play.

What is Autopilot?

Autopilot: off until you turn it on. Then Fixie fixes small, safe things on its own, tells you 15 minutes before each fix with Run now and Cancel, and tells you when it is done. Anything involving files, accounts or security settings always goes to a person.

How will an on-site visit be priced?

On-site visits are coming soon to your area. Once they open, they will be priced by the level of the job: Level 1 is $99, Level 2 is $149, Level 3 is $199. You will see the price in the app before you pay. Business and Business Pro include a set number of visits each year once visits open.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move to a different plan whenever you want.

Is there a contract?

No. Every plan is month to month with no long-term commitment.
