Delete your iFixediT account

If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on the account and we will delete it within 7 days. We reply to that address to confirm before anything is removed.

Your login, name, phone number, profile photo, saved locations, notification preferences, uploaded ID documents. A subscription we bill through our payment processor is cancelled at the same time. A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is not: only you can cancel it in the store, and the app asks you to do that before it deletes your account. Once deleted, the same email address cannot be used to sign up again.

Payment, payout and invoice records are kept for 7 years, and support cases (tickets, messages and transcripts) for 3 years after the case is closed, without your name attached. We need them for accounting, tax, dispute handling and fraud prevention. Technicians who have been paid through iFixediT keep their tax forms (W-9, contractor agreement) on file for 7 years. Nothing we keep can be used to contact you. Section 10 of the Privacy Policy lists every period.
